To close a SignalWire space, please sign in to the space and contact the SignalWire support team by creating a support request. A support request can be created through the space by clicking on the located on the top banner of the dashboard, and then by clicking on Support Portal within the drop-down menu. On the Support Portal page, click on Submit a request on the top banner of the page.
Please keep in mind that if the SignalWire Space is closed, all the Space resources and data will be deleted. After the space is closed, it can be accessed by signing back in using your login credentials. Once logged in, a support request can be created to request the space be reinstated or to ask further questions. If you want your SignalWire space to be deleted and not accessible after being closed, please let us know in your support request.
