9. Voicemail
Integrated voicemail with mod_voicemail: per-user mailboxes, caller recording, playback and configuration menus, and email delivery.

Multi-party audio and video conferencing with mod_conference: named rooms, per-room profiles, codec settings, and video layouts.
1. IVR Menus
Build prompt-driven, nestable IVR digit-collection menus in XML and invoke them from the dialplan with the ivr application.
2. Queues: FIFO and Call Center
Queue inbound calls with mod_fifo (lightweight FIFO) or mod_callcenter (agents, tiers, and routing strategies), and when to use each.
3. Utility Applications
Operator-facing utility modules that ship with FreeSWITCH: their configuration, the dialplan applications they register, and their API commands.
4. Fax and T.38
Send and receive fax over G.711 audio and T.38 with mod_spandsp, including T.38 gateway mode and the channel variables that control it.
