</profiles>
</configuration>
At least one profile must be defined. format parameter should be specified to indicate the desired output format for that particular profile.
At least one of log-dir or url is required for logging to happen.
In log-dir (file) mode, one file is created per call in the target directory.
In url mode, one POST is submitted per CDR. (The socket is currently not re-used between CDRs.) The cred field should contain "login:password" for authentication.
If submission of the CDR using url fails, the module will fallback to file mode using each err-log-dir.
Details of configuration
This module currently is a superset of mod_json_cdr and mod_xml_cdr and will eventually replace those two modules. When that occurs, the documentation for those modules will be merged into this page. For now, see them for details of the specific output format.
PHP Example
Below is a simple example that demonstrates how to post CDR data in JSON format to a php file and parse channel variables into php variables.
format_cdr.conf.xml pointing to a webserver running PHP code
<configuration name="format_cdr.conf" description="Multi Format CDR CURL logger">
<profiles>
<profile name="default">
<settings>
<param name="format" value="json"/>
<param name="url" value="http://127.0.0.1:8000/cdr.php"/>
<param name="encode" value="true"/>
<param name="encode-values" value="false"/>
</settings>
</profile>
</profiles>
</configuration>
cdr.php
<?php
$data = $_POST["cdr"];
$decode_data = urldecode($data);
$obj = json_decode($decode_data);
$sip_user_agent = $obj->variables->sip_user_agent;
$hangup_cause = $obj->variables->hangup_cause;
echo $sip_user_agent;
?>
